1. GENERAL TERMS

1.2 Please, keep in mind that the Casino is not a financial institution. Due to this fact, Your account is not a bank account and is therefore not insured, guaranteed, sponsored or otherwise protected by any banking insurance system. Your account will thus not bear any interests and no conversion or exchange services will be offered at any time.

2. CHANGES AND AVAILABILITY

2.1 Casino may amend or modify these Payment Terms and shall post those changes in these Terms or elsewhere in the Website. If you don’t wish to accept those changes, you may cancel your account at any time but Casino will not prorate any charges.

2.2 Casino reserves the right to change the accepted methods of payment at its sole discretion. Casino further reserves the right to accept certain methods of payment only subject to the fulfilment of certain conditions. Casino does not warrant that all methods of payment are available at all times.

2.3 You fully understand and agree to be bound by the terms contained herein and as they may be amended by Us due to some changes in Casino.

3. PAYMENT METHODS

3.1 The Website offers a variety of payment methods. They include VISA and MasterCard credit and debit cards, as well as various alternative payment methods that you can find on our Website https://beemaffiliates.com/en/page/payments.

3.2 Please, contact our support team at support@beemaffiliates.com to inquire about the payment methods which are most favorable for Your country of residence.

3.3 Casino may decide in its sole discretion to stop supporting a particular Payment Method or make future support conditional on the acceptance by Player of additional conditions or fees in case of:

(1) materially different terms imposed by the relevant business partner;

(2) material malperformance by the relevant business partner (or reasonable ground for Casino to expect such malperformance); or

(3) sharply increased costs for Casino to offer the Payment Method due to new circumstances;

3.4 You understand that our business partners might cancel certain Payment Methods, change the characteristics thereof or change the acceptance criteria under which they make them available. As a consequence,Casino may be forced to block players from further use of a Payment Method or impose additional restrictions or conditions on its continued use as a consequence of such decisions of the relevant business partner.

4. DEPOSITING

4.1 You may only participate in Games if You have sufficient Virtual Funds on Your member account for such participation. Casino will not grant any form of virtual credit whatsoever for participation in any of the Games. Exceptions may be made to players with a higher VIP level, if any, at the Casino’s sole discretion.

4.2 To deposit Virtual Funds into Your member account, You can transfer Virtual Funds from Your personal wallets or other Virtual Funds related accounts.

4.3 Please, note, that the minimal amount of deposit is 10 EUR. The maximum amount of deposit depends on the payment method You decide to use.

4.4 Casino can, under certain circumstances, credit a Player’s account with a so -called “bonus”. The conditions for the crediting of the bonus and the amount of the bonus is determined by Bonus Terms (https://beemaffiliates.com/en/page/bonus-policy). If an account contains both the Virtual Funds and bonus funds, the bonus funds will only be available for wagering once the existing Virtual Funds have been used. Before fulfilling the bonus turnover conditions if You transfer or withdraw the main deposit amount, bonus funds and all winnings from this bonus will be forfeited.

4.5 Depending on the method selected, deposits can incur charges from Your bank side, independently for bank wire transfers and/or other methods of payment.

4.6 By depositing money You agree not to make any charge-backs, reversals or otherwise cancel any deposits into Your account, and agree to refund and compensate us for unpaid deposits.

4.7 Deposited amounts are available on the Account within a reasonable amount of time after the confirmation of the deposit. Before a withdrawal can be made, all previous deposits need to be confirmed.

4.8 Casino reserves the right to use additional procedures and means to verify Your identity when effecting deposits into Your Account. This could include (but is not limited to) a selfie with a document or form of identification.

4.9 It's the responsibility of Player to ensure that all documents are genuine. Faked or fraudulent documents provided may result in a confiscation of deposits and potential winnings of Player.

4.10 The following Payment System Providers are restricted for Swedish players: Neteller, Skrill, PaysafeCard.

4.11 All progressive jackpot wins will be paid in full.

4.12 Company reserves the right at its sole discretion to return the deposit to a client if such client is using Company's services from the geolocation where Company is not officially represented

5. WITHDRAWAL

5.1 The minimal amount for withdrawal is 20 EUR per transaction (50 EUR in case of Bank Transfer).

5.2 The maximum amount for withdrawal is 15000 EUR per transaction

5.3 If the player requests any sum of withdrawals, a standard package of documents might be requested:

(1) ID/Passport;

(2) Proof of payment method (only original photos can be accepted for credit cards/screenshots for APM).

(3) Document which proves your address (Utility bill or Bank Statement) where your name and address are indicated (only original PDF files are accepted for e-bills).

5.4 The period of processing requests for withdrawals is within 60 minutes and up to 24 business hours. Cashouts are processed only on working days. Exclusions to the review period might be made per specific cases upon the internal decision of the operator.

5.5 The Website supports payouts via Original Credit Transfer (OCT) from Visa and via Payment Transfer from Mastercard. Additional requirements are that the respective credit card is not a corporate credit card and the card is issued in a supported country.

5.6 The following Payment System Providers are restricted for Swedish players: Trustly, Neteller, Skrill, PaysafeCard, Zimpler.

5.7 Please note that even for supported countries the Casino is not able to guarantee successful credit card payment processing in all cases, since banks issuing credit cards may block or reject such transactions at their own discretion.

5.8 The internal operating currency of the Website is EURO. Due to this fact, in case You transact in other currencies, the amount deducted from Your credit card may be insignificantly higher than displayed at the time of transaction due to currency conversions on the side of Your bank and/or the Casino's payment processing system.

5.9 All Bank Transfer payouts are processed from three (3) up to five (5) banking days. It may take from three (3) up to five (5) banking days for funds to reach your bank account. Please mind that You will not be able to request a Bank Transfer for USD payouts.

5.10 The maximum withdrawal amount processed to a player is 12000 EUR per month, unless otherwise specified in Terms & Conditions of a specific promotion. Exceptions may be made to players with a higher VIP level, if any, at the Casino’s sole discretion.

5.11 Withdrawals from 15000 EUR will be processed only with administration approval.

5.12 If You win more than 100000 EUR, the Casino reserves the right to divide the payout into monthly installments of maximum 50000 EUR until the full amount is paid out.

5.13 At least a minimum first deposit (10 EUR) is required before withdrawing any winnings generated from a no deposit bonus/registration bonus. Please, mind that deposited money should be wagered at least 1 times prior to any withdrawal.

5.14 All deposited funds, including cancelled bonuses, should be wagered at least 3x times, before being eligible for withdrawals.

5.15 The Casino reserves the right to check Your identity prior to processing payouts and to hold withdrawals for the time needed to check Your identity. In case You provide false Personal Data, the withdrawal can be refused and the Player Account terminated, of which You will be informed by email.

5.16 In case of necessity to verify the identity of Player, the time of processing the requests is calculated from the date of verification of the documents requested.

5.17 In certain circumstances we may have to contact You and ask You to provide further information to us directly in order to complete the Checks. We can use such methods of contacting You: email, phone call, Skype call. Casino reserves the right to make a phone call to the number provided in Your member account. We might request for a Skype call in case of additional checks, that is a necessary part of the verification procedure. In case you fail in this, we reserve the right to ask you for notarized documents or another reasonable security procedure necessary to verify your identity. If You do not or cannot provide us with Your correct contact details or we can not reach You by all of the aforementioned methods then we have the right to suspend or close Your Account permanently. Note, if You fail to provide necessary information, Your account has failed security verification, the balance, if any, is subject to confiscation.

5.18 Date of receipt of money on Player's accounts outside of Casino depends exclusively on banks and payment systems, to accounts of which the funds are withdrawn.

5.19 Casino reserves the right to transfer funds in a way different from the payment method specified by Player.

5.20 Notices for withdrawals must be made via the Website. Casino will not accept withdrawal demands made by live chat or by electronic mail. Employees of Casino are not permitted to bypass these instructions.

5.21 Limits specified in paragraph 5.10 of these Payment Terms are subject to restrictions, introduced at the Casino's sole discretion, based on your conduct and performance on the Website, Casino's considerations and internal policies, communicated to you once above restrictions apply.

5.22 5 Minutes Average withdrawal up to 50 EUR statement is applicable to verified accounts and can be implemented only during business hours (7:00 - 16:00 GMT)

6. CHARGES AND REFUND

6.1 You understand and agree that you are fully liable for all charges under your account and once you authorize us or another designated payment service to charge your selection of payment method for a certain amount, such amount shall under no circumstances be refundable in whole or in part.

6.2 You represent to Casino that you are the authorized account holder. You agree and reaffirm that Casino is the authorized vendor to charge payment methods of your choice. You agree to promptly notify Casino of any changes to your payment data and/or your billing address.

6.3 As a general matter we make no refunds or charge-backs.

6.4 In exceptional cases (e.g. if you allege that another individual has accessed your Account) you may contact our support at support@beemaffiliates.com. After a thorough check, including an anti-fraud check, we will make a decision. Notwithstanding the above, we are not obliged to make any decision in your favor.

6.5 Your request for a refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be made within 14-28 days.

6.6 Before a refund is processed all bonuses and winnings in your balance will be deducted prior to calculating the amount to be refunded.

7. FEES AND TAXES

7.1 You are fully responsible for paying all fees and taxes applied to Your winnings according to the laws of the jurisdiction of Your residence.

7.2 You acknowledge that withdrawals via bank transfers can in exceptional cases be subject to additional charges by the intermediary banks. These charges remain outside the influence of The Casino.

8. TERMINATION

8.1 Casino reserves the right to terminate or cancel your account if you breach Terms and Conditions of the Website and/or violate anti-fraud policy.

8.2 You agree that if the Service or your account is terminated or cancelled for any reasons or length of time, you are not entitled to any reimbursement or refund of any fees. If you terminate your account, it will be terminated immediately, without refund.

9. INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE

9.1 The Casino reserves the right to interrupt the Service, with or without prior notice, in order to operate maintenance. You agree that the Company is not liable for any interruption of the Service, delay or failure to perform resulting from any causes whatsoever.

9.2 You acknowledge that the Service may be interrupted for reasons beyond the control of the Company, and it may not guarantee that you will be able to access the Service or the Terms whenever you may wish to do so. The Company shall not be liable for any interruption of the Service, delay or failure to perform resulting from any causes beyond its reasonable control.

9.3 The Casino shall not be obligated to refund all or any portion of any loss, costs, expenses or damages by reason of any interruption of the Service and by reason of any of the circumstances described in paragraph 8.1 or 8.2 of this provision.

9.4 Kindly note that manual correction of your deposit may be subject to the additional check in exceptional cases and casino does not guarantee instant manual deposit based on the screenshot confirmation”
